Hand woven Mulberry silk from Murshidabad with hand embroidered vintage Kaanbala (traditional Bengal jewelry). The Gawrod saree is quintessential Bengal saree for festivities and auspicious occasions. Much before Devdas or Kahani popularised this, this was synonymous to "Thakur Bawron" sharee which women would wear during Sindur Khela.
